Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies to determine the demand for products and identify potential customers. Research, collect, and analyze data on the market conditions, trends, customer preferences, and buying habits of jewelry. Gather information to determine potential sales of a product and plan an advertising campaign. Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies. Help determine company’s position in the marketplace by researching competitors and analyzing their prices, sales, and marketing methods. Develop plans that will increase sales by developing product quality and business plans for upcoming products. Track and resolve customer disputes, claims, and chargebacks to make the buying and selling process as easy and secure as possible for the customers. Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
